Hi, I’m Kacey!

I strive for individuals to feel comfortable opening up and exploring themselves and the world around them. I believe in providing a genuine and empathetic space for you to deepen your insight, overcome obstacles, and achieve your goals. Together, we will process what’s underneath, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, navigate difficult emotions, and embrace healing to address blockers that prevent you from thriving.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), my professional background includes experience in educational settings, as well as therapeutic experience facilitating intensive outpatient (IOP) groups and leading a healthy relationships group. My private practice work includes counseling adolescents, couples, and adults from various backgrounds and life stages. My current focus of helping adults navigate their unique challenges has been shaped and strengthened by these experiences.

If you’re looking to foster meaningful growth and lasting relief in a supportive healing environment this is the next step and I’m excited to help you!

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy®(ART) is an evidence-based, structured, and brief therapy utilizing eye movements and visualization techniques. ART helps your brain reprocess troubling images, sensations, and emotions for a variety of disorders and symptoms so they no longer cause the same level of distress. ART does not require detailed retelling of your negative experiences or trauma.

ART is covered by insurance and can be incorporated within regular psychotherapy sessions. ART Intensives are also available as part of your treatment.

ART Intensives

I offer ART Intensives for a variety of individuals and other symptoms. These can be standalone sessions or in addition to regular psychotherapy sessions.

Who it Helps:

  • Anyone, including couples (worked with individually) and adolescents.

  • Those who may not be looking for long-term therapy.

  • Those who would like centralized focus on an issue beyond an hour long session.

What it Helps:

  • Trauma and PTSD/Complex PTSD

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Phobias

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Relationship Challenges

  • Grief and Loss

  • Self-esteem/Self-image Difficulties

  • Looking for something not listed? Feel free to ask!

Intensives include a one-hour intake ($150) and subsequent ART sessions scheduled in two-hour blocks ($300 per two hours).
